- Your business name and the best technical contact.
- Vehicle and unit identification, mileage and symptoms.
- Fault codes, test findings and previous work.
- What has been authorised and what you want us to investigate.
- Whether recovery or return transport needs to be discussed.
Keep the communication clear
Agree who will authorise additional work and who should receive findings and estimates. Do not send customer documents or personal information that are unnecessary for the assessment.
