Can a flush cure a gearbox fault?
Servicing is not a guaranteed repair for a mechanical, hydraulic or electrical fault. Describe the symptoms so we can discuss diagnosis before maintenance.
Do you reset adaptations?
Yes, where the vehicle procedure and work make that appropriate. We also discuss the required relearning and checks. A reset is not automatically the right step after every service.
Can you rebuild valve bodies and supply uprated converters?
We offer valve body repair and rebuild enquiries, standard converter repair/replacement and uprated options for suitable builds. Identification and the proposed specification are confirmed individually.
Can you fit a ZF 8HP into another vehicle?
We work with aftermarket control systems for ZF 8HP retrofit projects. Send the receiving vehicle, engine, donor gearbox and proposed controller so we can assess the integration.
Do you work with garages and arrange recovery?
Yes. Trade enquiries are welcome and UK-wide recovery can be discussed. Collection, workshop scope, timing and price are confirmed before an arrangement.
How much will it cost?
