Information you choose to supply
An enquiry may include your name, email address, telephone number, vehicle identification, symptoms and service or project requirements. Recovery enquiries may also include a collection location and access details.
We use that information to answer the enquiry, assess the requested work and arrange the next steps with you. Send only the information needed for that purpose.
The online enquiry provider
When enabled with your functional-cookie permission, our online enquiry form and chat are provided by Re:amaze. Information submitted through either is handled through our LT Drivetrain support channel so the workshop can respond.
Necessary hosting and communications providers may process information as part of providing those services. We do not use the enquiry form to sign you up to a marketing list.
Records and your requests
Enquiries and any subsequent workshop records are handled through Llandow Tuning’s existing business processes. We retain records as needed for the enquiry, resulting work and applicable record-keeping requirements.
Contact info@ltdrivetrain.com about your information, including access, correction or deletion requests. Some records may need to be retained to meet an existing obligation.
Local review
The review version does not load the live enquiry provider or submit enquiries. Contact channels are being prepared for launch.
